From start to finish my shower remodel went smooth. There was clear communication, and while there are always a surprise here and there they were minimized by the transparency with me. the professionalism of all the staff and contractors on the project was extremely appreciated. We had a major renovation with wall removals and a complete redesign and they communicated continuously. We always knew what to expect and when. We found Corbella based on a recommendation from a friend whose neighbor had used Corbella for many projects over the years and had been pleased with their work. Compared to a traditional kitchen remodel, our project was not a big one, but the entire Corbella family treated our job as if it were just as significant.  We had a new dishwasher that required a cabinet panel cover to be made to size specifications per the dishwasher manufacturer, but finding the right door panel was complicated due to the fact that we needed it to match the existing cabinetry in our kitchen (our former dishwasher was a model that could stand alone without a cabinet door cover).  In our search for a dishwasher door panel, we had inquired with the original cabinet manufacturers as well as Home Depot and Lowes in an effort to replicate our existing cabinet color, finish, and style, and had repeatedly been met with no feasible solution.  We thought we were looking for a unicorn.  Fortunately, our friends gave us the contact info for Corbella, and within 20 minutes of my arrival to their showroom, Denise was able to find us an almost exact match to what we needed--size, color, finish, and style.  We were kept informed through the entire process, from the ordering of the panel, to updating us when it came in, to the installation day.  Tammy followed up with us after the project was completed to ensure we were happy with the final result. I am so glad we came here for our project!  The pricing was fair and the customer service through the entire process was top-notch. The Corbella folks even sent us the sweetest thank-you gift--a wooden charcuterie board complete with little knives, slate chalkboard  labels, a wine bottle opener, and its own storage drawer for these items.  I highly recommend Corbella--whether it's for projects large or small (like ours), their customer matters, and they are fantastic problem-solvers.  They just an awesome group of people to work with! I am thrilled with the renovation that Corbella did on my parents' master bathroom, making it safe and accessible for my mother with mobility issues. They were the only contractor who proposed a solution that was not only functional, but beautiful as well.  The team was warm and professional throughout the entire process: helping us finalize details and choosing materials, keeping us updated during construction, keeping the job site clean and resolving any issues that arose. I have to start this review by noting that there was no way my marriage could ever survive building a house together and we thought that doing a remodel would be even worse. We were wrong! Corbella made our remodel easy and I have to confess that we handled it much better than we expected.

We began with Pete coming out to measure, listening to what we wanted to do for our master bath (which we ended up gutting down to the studs) to make the area safer and more user friendly than the original builder grade material. Our designer, Denise had amazing patience and helped us to limit the options to a manageable amount to choose from and keeping a reasonable budget. We have very different ideas and she was able to pull us together and made it seem easy. From the beginning, she went through ad nausea documents for me to sign off on ranging from each choice of product, the design, payment schedule, what to expect from Corbella and what they expected from us. She gave us a tentative start date and the project didn’t begin until all the frontend products arrived.

No, demolition is not clean and things will get dustier than you ever thought they could but once it’s done, it’s worth it. Corbella cleaned their work area each day and took everything off site.

Brandis, our project manager, called or texted each Sunday and each weekday afternoon to let us know who to expect the next day and what time. If there was a time conflict, she worked around and found what worked.  Unfortunately, right as we were starting the planning of the project, a family and then a medical issue arose and we had to take a break. They were wonderful in working through this with us and then around appointments. Between Tammy, Denise, or Brandis, there was never a time we didn’t have someone answer our call or call back. Every worker appeared when they were supposed to which to us, was priceless. Brandis was so helpful on quality control finding things that I had missed. We had one issue with an outside supplier which took a while to settle but she kept me updated as progress was finally made.

From the first time Pete came to our home through the entire design process with Denise, we had an outstanding experience with Corbella. We appreciated and respected Denise’s advice on the selection of our master bath cabinet color, quartz pattern, and faucet color. She asked us all the right questions to insure she fully understood what we wanted. Denise is an expert designer and guided us through every phase of the design process. Every individual we met at Corbella was extremely friendly and showed a sincere appreciation for our business. The entire Corbella team clearly loves what they do and demonstrates a high regard for their customers. The demo of our existing bathroom and the installation of our new cabinets by Andrei exceeded our expectations. When Andrei had a question about the install, he sought us out to insure he was executing precisely what we wanted. The plumbing contractor (Call) was also highly professional and did an expert job with the faucet installation. Had Corbella re-do a guest bathroom shower. Everyone I worked with was professional and courteous. Denise was great with helping me through the process of designing everything. Brandis was meticulous about making sure everything was just right. Shower was completed nine months ago. They redid our kitchen, including demoing a wall. Everyone was great to work with, from the designer, who measured and drew up the plans with 3D renders. To the main work crew that came day in and day out. The project manager was always incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns, and the payments and delivery of everything was super clear, so there were no surprises. We interviewed, selected and hired Corbella Kitchen & Bath to assist us with a kitchen refresh [Counter tops, new sink, and new appliances] and a complete remodel of our master bath.

The design, estimating and contracting components of our process was as easy as any vendor contract I’ve ever experienced.

The demo of both areas was very smooth.   The Corbella team is a team of experienced professionals; each professional was on time when they were scheduled, treated our property with care, kept the work area exceptionally clean and provided exceptional service.   From countertops to appliance installation to bathroom construction to plumbing to tile installation, every stage of our project was performed timely and the results were outstanding.

Brandis and Pete were in constant communication with us for the duration of the project and ensured we were super happy with our results…And we are.
